application
The voltage range of the power single-core cable is from 3.8/6.6KV to 19/33KV, and the frequency is 50Hz. Mainly used in power supply stations, indoor and outdoor laying, pipelines, tunnels, mines, shafts, direct soil buried and submarine water and other places, can withstand considerable pressure and mechanical external forces, axial tension.

 

structure
Conductor: Plain annealed copper or aluminum conductor, in line with IEC 60228/BS 6360 standard. Copper conductor should be stranded (part 2), aluminum conductor can be stranded or solid (part 2) .

Description

Conductor shielding: The extruded semiconductor cross-linked composite layer is applied outside the conductor and completely covers the outside of the conductor. The extruded semi-conductive cross-linked composite layer is applied outside the conductor and completely covers its surface. The minimum thickness is 0.3 mm and the maximum resistivity must not exceed 500 ohms at 90°C.
Insulation: The insulating material is a mixture of cross-linked polyethylene (GP8), following BS7655-1.3 or rubber (GP7), following the BS7655-1.2 standard.

Insulation shield:
The extruded semi-conductive cross-linked composite layer is applied to the outer insulating layer. The semiconductor extrusion layer should include a bonded or peelable semiconductor composite layer for soldering or termination removal capabilities. As an option, a semi-conductive tape can be applied to the extruded semi-conductive metal layer as a backing layer. The minimum thickness is 0.3 mm and the maximum is 500 ohm resistivity. The meter shield at 90°C is tightly installed in the insulation to exclude all air voids and can be easily peeled off by hand on site.

Metal layer: The metal layer includes copper tape or concentric copper wire or a combination of copper wire and copper tape. The metal layer provides a ground fault current path, which can withstand a current fault of 1000A and a temperature of 160°C per second. The copper wire is applied to the periphery of the conductor moisture-proof layer. The minimum diameter of the moisture-proof layer is 0.5mm. On the outer layer of the copper wire, a copper tape with a thickness of 0.1mm can be spirally wound on the outer layer.

Separate jacket (armored cable): Separate jacket includes an extruded layer, the material of the extruded layer is PVC, PE or LSZH, the thickness of the extruded layer is generally 0.02Du+0.6mm, and Du is a sheath according to The diameter calculated by the technical parameters. The thickness of the general separated jacket is greater than 1.2mm.

Outer sheath:
The extruded layer of the outer sheath is PVC conforming to the nine standards of BS 7665-4.2, or medium density polyethylene (MDPE) conforming to the BS 7655-10.1TS2 standard. LSZH can also be used as the outer sheath here. The color of the outer sheath is generally black. When the DC voltage test is directly reflected in the outer sheath, a semiconductor layer such as an ink coating should be wrapped around the outer sheath layer. The thickness of the outer sheath is usually 0.035+D, and D represents the diameter of the outer sheath in millimeters. When the cable has no armor layer, the thickness of the outer sheath should be less than 1.4mm, and the thickness of the outer sheath of the armored cable should be greater than 1.8mm.
